Good alternative to Starbucks and in a lively neighborhood of Monterrey. Conveniently located close to Garza Sada and Lazaro Cardenas. The drinks we ordered were very sweet, so I recommend having them in a hot place where the ice can melt quickly and you can enjoy it better. The place is good for chatting and reading.

Really good specialty coffee for espresso and pour over. Price is good, on par with the rest of the coffee places in the city. Great to work from here, music isn't loud, has wifi and your cup of coffee or tea. (They sell bagged coffee from a mexican roaster "Cafe Estelar" which is one of the best in the country, a bit on the high end of the price range though)

A small cozy cafe with most patrons working or studying on their laptops. The coffee was straight up perfect as I personally like it. Tried mocha as well which is one of the best I have tried as it was made with dark Mexican cacao. I did not try any food stuff so review doesn't cover that. They have wifi as well which was good enough for my work vpn other side of the Atlantic! Very much Recommended.

Nice set-up here to work on a laptop or bring a date. Low key and modern with some parking spaces of a feeder road to Ave Lazaro Cardenas, in Las Brisas, on the southern highway that leaves Monterrey. Coffee is priced to market, just 3-4 flavors, and the addition of the flavor is slightly more. I had a concentrated latte with a double espresso here which was only 16 grams ground, but they prepared it in less milk at my request. Temperature of milk and drink was close and the latte art was a good intent with decent microfoam. Again the milk is ultrapasteurized and has that flavor, but I’m beginning to get used to it in Monterrey. I still wish more coffee shops would get the regular homogenized not ultrapasteurized milk which would be better! Asked for regular whole milk but no whole milk (3-4% fat) is available. You can either get lactose free or the 2.8% milk I got which is about 25% reduced in fat, but richer that a standard 2% milk. The coffee I got was from Oaxaca, chocolatey, very nice finish through the caramel, relatively fresh roasted to a medium-dark degree, roasted 3-4 weeks ago based on taste and comments larger uniform sized beans roast, the barista commented the owner roasts coffee for the shop exclusively and some is available to purchase quite reasonably priced (slightly under 17 oz) in nice valve bags with his brand. The roast date is not noted on the bags - you need to ask and keep your It was a good latte, good base coffee, no complaints, great professional machine and nice employees. One girl had bright purple hair which went well with the theme! The barista was mellow and knowledgeable and was fun to talk to. Also had a panini which was decent, good wifi, and sat in nice varnished wood grain chairs and tables. Otherwise the menu for non-coffee drinks is limited, but all coffee options are available including good pour overs. The barista commented to me that the owner came up with the name after watching the movie ‘Arrival’ (“La Llegada”), in which strange alien forms made contact with the nations of the world and the female protagonist saves the nations from destruction and suspicion; She was a linguist able to communicate with these alien, enigmatic thought processes. Apparently the coffee tagline (Coffee with Aliens) was not from the movie, but the owner thought the best way to communicate is to offer them a coffee. But I’ll have to watch the movie again to be sure!
Hope for Peace

I love this spot! Unique and friendly service. They speak some English, so that is a plus for myself and my friends that visit.
